Registration and fees

You can register to the conference in advance or on site at the registration desk from July 16th until July 20th.

 At least one full registration per paper is required by APRIL 19th (same deadline as the camera ready submissions). Papers with no associated registration will not be published in the proceedings.

Conference fees

Early registration until May 31st    € 580 (expired) 
Student registration (*)   until May 15th   € 200 (expired)
Late registration after May 31st   € 680
Onsite registration      at conference venue     € 730

The registration fee will cover:

  • Admission to the technical programme of the conference
  • Admission to the workshops
  • Admission to the tutorials
  • Conference proceedings (on paper and on CD)
  • Coffee breaks & lunches
  • Welcome reception
  • Conference dinner

Reduced fee for students

A limited number of student grants is available for a reduced conference fee. Student fees will be issued upon submission of student ID or certificate. We will inform you well in advance of the early registration deadline if you have been accepted for a student grant. No late or onsite student registrations are allowed. The request must include:

  • a motivating / accompanying letter from the student
  • a presentation letter from the student advisor or other faculty member
  • a scanned copy of registration certificate and/or student ID (to be checked in original at the conference venue)

Confirmation of Registration

Your registration will be confirmed by email only after payment has been received.
Please show your registration confirmation at the registration desk when collecting your conference documentation. Speakers and participants will receive a name badge. Everyone is requested to wear this badge for all conference activities.  

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, refunding is only possible for those participants that are not presenting a paper at the conference:

  • before June 30: full refunding (except € 50 for administrative fees)
  • after June 30: no refunding for cancellation
