Camera-ready submissions

Final versions of accepted papers must strictly adhere to the Springer Verlag LCNS formatting style (you can find MS Word and Latex templates on the Springer Web site). No changes to such formatting rules are permitted.

The submission of the camera-ready papers must be done through the EasyChair conference system ( on or before April 19th. The deadline for the submission is strict. The submission must consist of a single ZIP file including: the pdf file of the camera ready paper and all the source files. The content of the papers must be refined according to the comments and the suggestions provided by the reviewers.

Authors of accepted papers must also download, sign and fax a copyright form according to the instructions below.

The lenght of the papers varies depending on the track. The authors must verify that the maximum lenght of their paper does not exceed the following sizes:

  • Research track, full papers: 15 pages LNCS
  • Research track, short papers: 6 pages LNCS
  • Industrial track: 6 pages LNCS
  • Doctoral consortium: 6 pages LNCS
  • Demonstration track: 5 pages LNCS
  • Tutorial abstract: 1 page LNCS

Copyright form pdf

A signed copyright form is needed for each paper. The authors may send scanned copyright forms (digital signatures are also acceptable) or print and fax the copyright forms. Signed copyright forms must be submitted by April 19.

Authors can download a pre-compiled form from the link above, fill in the paper-specific fields and sign the form. Notice that we provide a PDF with open fields for adding your details. According to the Springer policies, we may accept the signed forms both as pdf (with scanned signature), scanned images of the printed form, or faxed forms. Electronic formats (images or pdf submitted by email) is preferable. Please use the following contacts for sending the forms. Do NOT send the forms to Springer.
